Welcome to Bulkington Congregational Church

We are glad to have you with us. On this site you will discover something of what we believe; find out how to locate us; and have the opportunity to access our archive of recorded sermons.

Taste and see that the Lord is Good

Psalm 34:8

Sundays

We meet every Sunday at 10.30am and 6.00pm

Our Pastor, Andy Stelmasiak , preaches at most of our services.

He will explain things as we go along but the format is quite simple.  We read from the Bible, sing some hymns (usually three or four), Andy will pray and then he will speak for about half an hour.  Services usually last just over an hour.

Tea and coffee are served after our morning service, which gives time to get to know one another, catch up on friendships and ask those puzzling questions that have been buzzing around in our heads since mid-way through the sermon.

What's On

Prayer & Bible Study

If you've not been to see us before, you are especially welcome.

At Bulkington, we believe that the Bible is how God communicates with humanity.  So, we take great care to consider what He says.  Every Sunday service, and every Wednesday evening meeting, is centred around the Bible.  Our Pastor explains a particular passage and there is always opportunity to raise questions afterwards.

We recognise that, for some, just coming into a church building can be an intimidating experience.  We work hard to prevent that and can promise that, if you are a first-time visitor, nobody will put you on the spot.  You can even call in advance and let us know you are coming.  Just email Pastor Andy and he’ll make sure that someone is waiting to give you a personal welcome and sit with you during the service.
